This New App Called Poke Radar Helps You Find Rare Pokémon While Playing Pokémon Go

Now you don’t have to scan the washrooms or walk rigorously in parks for hours to catch all the Pokémon. You have a map that does the finding for you. Yes, there is an app called Poké Radar that uses maps to help you find some rare Pokémon while playing this addictive game Pokémon Go.

Poké Radar was developed by Braydon Batungbacal and Nick DiVona. Thanks to this app, you can not only search for Pokémon anywhere across the world but also help other players by letting them know about the location where you found a rare Pokémon. In fact, this app even allows you to set filters so that you can know the location of certain types of Pokémon. Isn’t that f**king awesome!

However, with people going berserk over Pokémon Go, Poké Radar app’s popularity is raising eyebrows for some serious concerns too. Since anyone can access this app and add their location, chances are that people can get duped into coming to remote locations and put their lives in danger in the name of Pokémon. Even in the past, we have seen such instances where people found dead bodies and were left severely injured. In fact, recently a teenager lost his life while playing Pokémon Go.

But don’t worry; this app is powered by the Pokémon Go community, where the users can give a thumbs up to the tips that were helpful and a thumbs down to trolls who are trying to waste your time. The moment you click on the Pokémon’s icon, you can see who posted it and how many people actually found it useful. So if you see that there’s only one guy who is posting tips that no one seems to believe and people have given him low ratings, you know that guy is trying to fool you. With this app you can even check the time when a Pokémon was caught, so you know what time is good for you.
